Indiana Youth Survey

MSD Decatur Township students in grades 6-12 will have the opportunity to take the 2024 Indiana Youth Survey at school the week of March 19, 2024.

Parents may preview the survey questions below. There are no "additional" questions added. The survey is anonymous.
