In an effort to keep our schools safe, all volunteers (including staff) must complete a volunteer application form/criminal background check request and be approved as a volunteer prior to volunteering. There is no charge for the criminal background check.

The length of time to process volunteer forms could take up to 2 weeks, and is free of charge. Only one volunteer form to be submitted per person.

Additional information may be needed on a background check such as: social security number, fingerprints, etc. This may take some extra time to process. You will receive an email once the volunteer form has been processed, or any additional information is needed. Driver's license or official state-issued ID will be required each time you enter the school.
