Former/Graduated Student

  • Decatur Central High School

  1. Official transcripts must be requested via Parchment. The main office staff cannot take phone, email, or fax requests for transcripts for graduates or former attendees.
  2. If a student is needing records transferred to another school for enrollment, the receiving school is required to send an official records request

 

  • Decatur Township School for Excellence (DTSE) or Decatur Enrichment Center (DEC) or Decatur Discovery Academy (DDA)

  1. Official transcripts must be requested by filing out & returning the DTSE Transcript Request Form (download the form here).
  2. If a student is needing records transferred to another school for enrollment, the receiving school is required to send an official records request
