Tuesday, May 21st-Ipad drop off between 9 am and Noon. Bring your ipad to the lobby outside the pool for drop off. You will receive a receipt that you will take to your SLC office. You will receive your graduation tickets in your SLC. This is how you will receive your 15 graduation tickets. You will NOT RECEIVE YOUR TICKETS unless you turn your ipad in between 9 am and Noon on May 21st. (See below for more information on tickets)
Tuesday, May 21st-SLC Celebration Day! Ask your CCR teacher for information!
Wednesday, May 22nd-Gown pick up in the small gym beginning at 9:30 am. Please report to the small gym BY 9:30 for Gown Pickup. Gowns will be sent back to Herff Jones at the completion of pickup, so if you are not on time, you may have to drive to Herff Jones to retrieve your gown.
Thursday, May 23rd-Senior breakfast beginning at 9:00 am. We will depart from the senior breakfast for the Convention Center for practice. You must attend the breakfast AND the practice in order to walk in the ceremony. We will take you on buses to the Convention Center for practice and then bring you back to the high school around 12:30. There are no exceptions.
Graduation at 7:00 pm. Grads should arrive in Hall C at the Indiana Convention Center for staging no later than 6 pm.
Graduation in Halls A-C at the Indiana Convention Center. Doors open at 5:30 and you must have a ticket to attend. Parking at the Circle Centre parking garages will connect you to the Convention Center via the breezeway.
**Each graduate will receive 15 tickets. Children under 5 do not need a ticket. There will be no exceptions.**
