DC Theater Department Shines

     This weekend has been a whirlwind of activity for Decatur Central!  Amazing things are happening at Decatur Central, and the Theater Department has been a major part of the excitment!  Their current production, The Wizard of Oz, has been a huge success and all of MSD has one more chance to see the incredibe show today, November 18.  Do not miss this opportunity - it is a must see show.  From the talents of the actors and musicians (and oh such talent!), to the behind the scenes producation crew, this team of Hawks show that they can handle the pressures of production week AND succeed in the clasroom.  Under he direction of Ms. Nickell, the cast of DC students and students from other Decatur Township elementary schools, shine!  The sets are a sight to behold and bring the stage to life - taking the audience to Kansas, and then to vibrant Munchkin Land, and finally to the merry old and of Oz.  Check out the images to see our Decatur Township students in action - and be sure to see the final showing of The Wizard of Oz, today, November 18 at 2:30pm.
