DCHS Prom Q&A

Many DC prom goers seem to have similar questions.  Hopefully, the Q&A session below can help.  

Question 1:  When is prom?  

Answer:  May 6, 2017

Question 2:  Where is prom?  

Answer:  The Hyatt Regency Hotel (1 South Capitol Ave) 

Question 3:  Where do students park?  

Answer:  Students are free to park wherever they like.  Parking at the Hyatt is valet only which will run approximately $50.  Another option is to part at the Circle Center Garage that is next to Steak and Shake.

Question 4:  When does prom begin and end?  

Answer:  7:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Question 5:  Will there be food served?  

Answer:  Only desserts and beverages will be served - no dinner.  Cost of dessert and beverages is included in the ticket price.

Question 6:  Will there be a breathalyzer test?  

Answer:  Yes.  All guests will be breath tested upon entry to the event.
