2015-2016 Immunization Requirements

The attached chart shows required immunizations to start the 2015-2016 school year. Please make special note of the following:

  • Kindergarten and 1st grade students must have 2 Hep  and 2 Varicella (chicken pox) vaccines 
  • 6th graders need 1 Tdap  and 1 Meningitis vaccine
  • Seniors need a Meningitis booster totaling 2 Meningitis vaccines

Please make sure your students are up to date on all immunizations before school begins. You may bring proof of immunization to registration or the first day of school. You can get these immunizations at your primary care physician office, Community Med Check, Walgreens or the Marion County Health Department.
