DCHS is #DecaturProud to welcome Men's Tennis Coach- Zach Holzer, and Women's Soccer Coach, Angela Keith. Both coaches were approved by the MSD Decatur Board of Education at the Board Meeting Last night. Learn More about Angela and Zach below.
New DCHS Women’s Soccer Head Coach: Angela Keith
Angie Keith is a wife, mom of three, and local business owner, who is currently pursuing an additional degree in Secondary Education. Angie graduated from Kaplan College in 2009 with her License in Massage Therapy and is currently attending IUPUI and plans to graduate with her Bachelors in Physical Education with a Minor in Wellness Coaching and Psychology, as well as Certifications in Personal Training and Youth Wellness Programing.
Angie has over 25 years of soccer experience. Within those years, she has been a player, coach, and referee. She was a four-year varsity starter at Jennings County High School in North Vernon, IN and played collegiate soccer at Union College in Barbourville, KY. Angie’s most recent coaching position was at Mooresville High School in 2016.

New DCHS Men’s Tennis Head Coach: Zach Holzer
Zach graduated from Michigan City High School in 2009 and was heavily involved athletically and artistically. Zach graduated from Ball State University in the fall of 2014 with two degrees: A Bachelor of Arts in Geography as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Education. While in college, he lived in Spain for a semester while studying Spanish and also participated regularly in choir and his campus church. He began his teaching career at Decatur Central High School in the fall of 2015. Zach has been teaching Spanish in the DCHS school of Quest and Inquiry for two years and is very excited to begin his journey as the head boy’s tennis coach. "I'm really looking forward to building solid student relationships with kids outside of the classroom walls and also helping them to see the joy of tennis as a life-long sport that they can take with them for many years after they graduate.
